Set in mid-19th century British India, Lord Shark is part of the legendary series published in the Italian magazine Corriere dei Ragazzi in the 70s. The protagonist Philip Corbett, a British officer from a noble family, has a scandalous past that has forced him to take up a post on the northern frontier of India. 

  He soon comes into conflict with his authoritarian commander who is brutal with his subordinates and the locals, yet shows exceptional courage in battles with the rebels.
